What does AI do, and what do I review?

AI helps identify potential issues in inspection photos and notes, research local rules, and compare bid PDFs. You can generate Punch List items from saved findings, then review and edit the work to follow up. Start new AI analysis on iPhone and review saved results on the web. AI findings and guidance are planning aids for your professional judgment.

Can I export to PDF or Excel?

Create inspection reports and Punch List PDFs, including your company details and logo. Export inspection details to an Excel workbook (.xlsx) with inspection items, saved findings, and a photo manifest.

What is included in Free, and how do AI credits work?

Free includes your own properties, inspections, reports, and 1 GB of storage. Pro adds property collaboration, 25 GB of storage, and monthly AI credits. Unused credits do not carry over. If you run out, new AI analysis pauses until your credits reset; your saved work stays available.
